Sell My House

Sell My House was a branding exercise that was built from scratch, right from the initial logo designs all the way through to the end solution website which had a search engine designed to help users buy and sell properties without paying excessive estate agent fees. The brief required a professional, minimalist design that helped to differentiate them from more mainstream retail looking competitors. The illustration style developed from the idea that they needed to be approachable, friendly and homely. The autumnal leaf illustrations and the appropriate colour palette led to a naturally warm design.

The client needed everything from stationery, flyers to brochure design and the ever important For Sale and Sold signs. A comprehensive set of style guidelines were drawn up to ensure that continuing literature was consistent and on brand. We worked closely with Cowfields to gain from their expertise in database driven websites.
